Dr. Alfred Wamurubu serves four institutions in complementary leadership, administrative, consulting and academic roles. He is CEO, Managing Partner and Lead Consultant at Houston Executive Consulting, where he forms and leads the consulting team.
He also serves as Senior Operations Manager and Administrator at Bank of Uganda. Alongside these executive roles, he lectures on Master’s and PhD programmes at Uganda Management Institute and Uganda Christian University, bringing practical experience in governance, administration, strategy and research to advanced learners.
